Omega Medical Apple Watch Giveaway – AMA Careers Expo 2025
1. Introduction
By entering the Apple Watch Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before entering the Giveaway. This Giveaway is organised by Omega Medical Pty Ltd trading as Omega Medical (ABN 96153517045) (the "Organiser").
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to all attendees of AMA Careers Expo 2025 held at Voco Brisbane City Centre,
85/87 North Quay, Brisbane City on 8th March 2025. Entrants must be at least 18 years old and legally able to participate in the Giveaway. Employees, affiliates, and agents of the Omega Medical and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. How to Enter
To enter the Giveaway, participants must:
- Attend the AMA Careers Expo 2025
- Scan the QR code at the Omega Medical booth
- Fill out a form registering their details including full name, email address, speciality
- Provide consent to be contacted for the purposes of discussing recruitment opportunities with Omega Medical
- Entries must be submitted during the conference hours to be considered
- One entry per person will be accepted
4. Prize
The prize consists of one Apple Watch (the "Prize"), model SE GPS 40mm valued at approximately $399. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
5. Prize Draw
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place at the conclusion of the conference on 8th March 2025 after 6pm or as soon as reasonably possible the following day and the winner will be notified by email, phone call, or in-person announcement at the conference. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.
6. Winner's Responsibilities
The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with receiving the Prize. By accepting the Prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and any other relevant information for promotional and marketing purposes by the Organiser, without further compensation or notice.
7. Data Protection
By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data by the Organiser for the purposes of administering the Giveaway. Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Organiser’s privacy policy, which can be found at https://www.omegamedical.com.au/privacy-policy.
8. Disqualification
The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Violates these Terms and Conditions.
- Provides false or misleading information.
- Attempts to manipulate the entry process or undermine the fair conduct of the Giveaway.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Organiser is not responsible for any technical issues, failures, or malfunctions related to the entry process or the Prize. In no event shall the Organiser be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Giveaway or use of the Prize.
10. General Conditions
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway at any time without notice. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
