I work within Omega Medical as the Compliance Manager and Team Lead for our Candidate Care team. I facilitate the credentialing and logistical requirements for our Recruitment Consultants, Doctors and our Clients. Having worked in Recruitment Administration for over five years, I understand the attention to detail and forward-thinking approach that is required to ensure all stakeholder expectations are met in an efficient and timely matter.

I enjoy working within a role where the main focus is on supporting people and organisations and take I pride in the fact that our rigorous processes ensure that all parties are well taken care of throughout the entire placement.
