My journey at Omega Medical started as a Candidate Care Consultant in Jan 2018. I was responsible for the logistical management of locum placements. My daily activities included, organising travel, compliance, administrative tasks, and liaising with our doctors and clients. I was constantly managing various requirements ensuring that the multitude of deadlines are delivered seamlessly.

 

In Oct 2021 I transitioned into a Para Consultant position sourcing Physicians, Radiologists and Surgeons for locum availability and working together with a Recruitment Consultant. 

 

In Aug 2022, I became a Recruitment Consultant helping Radiologists and Physicians with locums roles Australia-wide into hospitals and clinics.

 

With my experience within these 3 roles, I understand the start to end process, I believe in an honest and friendly approach ensuring I deliver a high level of service to both clients and candidates.
