I have worked in Medical Recruitment since 2009, working closely with General Practitioners at Omega Medical for a majority of that time. I look after locum placements for General Practitioners in Australia, with positions ranging from 1 day to 12 months in tenure. I enjoy the challenges that come with that, as no day is the same when you are working to tight deadlines and remote and rural settings. It is also satisfying knowing that our service has enabled an indigenous community, a remote town or a busy practice secure a much needed Doctor.
