As the Nurse Unit Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the clinical inpatient unit to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of clinical trials. This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in a similar management role as it includes direct oversight of the Clinical Inpatient Unit and fostering close collaboration with the Screening, Project Management, Laboratory, Medical, and Pharmacy teams to support the seamless execution of clinical trials.
You will need:
- Experience in Acute Medical/CCU/ICU/High Acuity
- Experience in a management position or similar for at least 12 months.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff at all levels
- Comprehensive knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and all applicable regulatory requirements
- Right to work in Australia
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Bachelor of Nursing Degree
- Experience in venepuncture (taking blood) and), peripheral cannulation. and central venous access (desirable)
- Formal training in emergency resuscitation procedures (desirable)
