Referral Bonus
We value the relationships we build with healthcare professionals and understand that many of our connections come through introductions from colleagues. To show our appreciation for your referrals, we offer a refer a friend bonus.
When you refer a colleague to Omega Medical and they join our team, we’ll send you a $500 voucher (and up to $1000*). You can choose from a wide range of stores to use your voucher.
Your support and trust mean a lot to us, and this is our way of saying thank you for helping us grow our network with outstanding professionals like you.

*note - we occasionally offer double referral bonus - up to $2000.

Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility Criteria:
Referrals must be candidates who are not currently registered with Omega or have not worked for Omega Medical in the last 24 months. If a candidate is already recorded in our system or has worked with Omega Medical within this period, no referral bonus will be awarded.
For permanent candidates, we must place the doctor into a permanent position within 6 months from the original referral date.
2. Referral Bonus Payments:
Locum - Doctors
Referrers will receive a $500 Prezzee voucher after the referred candidate completes 20 days of work (or 160 hours).
An additional $500 Prezzee voucher will be paid after the referred candidate completes 40 days of work (or 320 hours), for a total of $1000 in vouchers if both milestones are met.
Referrers can choose to receive the $500 in two separate Prezzee vouchers or wait to receive the full $1000 once the candidate completes 40 days of work.
Temp – Nursing
Referrers will receive a $500 Prezzee voucher after the referred candidate completes 300 hours.
An additional $500 Prezzee voucher will be paid after the referred candidate completes 600 hours, for a total of $1000 in vouchers if both milestones are met.
Referrers can choose to receive the $500 in two separate Prezzee vouchers or wait to receive the full $1000 once the candidate completes these hours of work.
Permanent
A candidate must have passed their probation period in order for a $500 referral bonus to be paid.
3. Voucher Details:
The voucher provided will be a Prezzee Smart eGift card and can be used with any of the 450+ retailers on the Prezzee platform.
Recipients must create a Prezzee account to activate and use their voucher.
Prezzee Smart eGift cards must be activated within 3 months and used within 36 months.
Omega Medical assumes no responsibility for the quality assurance of the items purchased through Prezzee Gift Cards and recipients must seek appropriate recourse for refund or exchange through individual retailer dispute channels.
4. Special Offers:
Omega Medical may occasionally offer double referral bonuses i.e. "Double December Bonus". Details of the values and days / hours requirements are below:

5. General Terms:
Omega Medical reserves the right to amend or terminate the referral scheme at any time without prior notice.
Any disputes or issues regarding the referral scheme will be resolved at Omega Medical’s sole discretion.
